On this the Feast of the Transfiguration when our Patron Saint, St John the Apostle was one of the three chosen to witness Our Lord’s Face shining as bright as the sun and garments becoming dazzling white on Mount Thabor, we wish you a Blessed Sunday celebration of the Transfiguration!
We also wish to remind you to purchase your tickets for the third of our four annual Feast Day Celebrations taking place on September 19th when we will be celebrating the historic Feast Day of San Gennaro! You may find all of the details below…
The San Gennaro “Festival of all Festivals” is one of the great inspirations for the Fraternal Society of St John the Apostle so we hope you will join us on Tuesday, September 19th when we welcome Fr. Richard Gennaro Cipolla with Vespers, Benediction, Confession, the Rosary, and of course a fantastic Italian-American meal courtesy of Felice’s Italian Pork Store & Deli for a night of spiritual enrichment, good food, drink, and fellowship.
